2 pieces over ripe banana
1/2 cup Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 pieces Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 pieces white bread, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon Butter

STEPS

Step 1 Mash banana with sugar. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, eggs and vanilla extract. (2mins)
Step 2 Mix in bread and set aside for 10 mins. (10mins)
Step 3 Brush lyanera with butter. Pour mixture and bake in a 350ᵒF oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the pudding. (25mins)
Step 4 Set aside to cool completely. Remove from the lyanera and serve warm.
