1 kilogram oyster cut chicken thigh
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
1 piece onion, cut into wedges
1 piece small carrot, sliced ½-inch thick
2 stalks celery, biased ½-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Water
1 can 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Season chicken thigh with 1 sachet 8g of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.
Step 2 Melt butter in a pan and sauté chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 Sauté onion, carrot, celery and garlic in the same pan for 2 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, water and sautéed chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4 Pour 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with parsley and serve.
