1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ Classic
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
2 cups Ice
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ Classic
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
2 cups Ice
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 For the caramel sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and salt in a pan. Cook over low heat while mixing continuously until smooth. Transfer into a container and set aside. (10 mins)
Step 2 Whip the ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins)
Step 3 Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour into a blender and add NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, ice, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and 3 tbsp of prepared caramel sauce. Blend until smooth. (5 mins)
Step 4 Drizzle prepared caramel sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with caramel sauce. Serve immediately. (3 mins)
