2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 piece Onion, diced
3 pieces diced Tomatoes
250 grams sliced pork belly
2 tablespoons Bagoong Alamang
3 cups Water
2 cups cubed kalabasa
1 cup Sliced Okra
1 cup sliced sitaw
1 cup sliced ampalaya, rinsed well
2 cups sliced eggplant
1 cup small shrimp
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, pork and bagoong in oil. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. (15mins)
Step 2 Add kalabasa, okra and sitaw in 2-minute intervals. Add ampalaya and eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in shrimps. (15mins)
Step 3 Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins)
