1/4 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
8 cups Water
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup broth from tenderized beef
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

STEPS

Step 1 Rub the beef with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, salt, and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Boil beef in water, soy sauce, and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® for 2 hours or until tender adding more water if necessary. When cooked, remove beef from broth and set aside to rest.
Step 2 Prepare Creamy Mushroom Sauce: Heat olive oil, stir-fry mushrooms for 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until light brown. Add flour and mix into the garlic to form a paste. Continue to cook until caramel brown in color.
Step 3 Pour in broth while continuously stirring. Add MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer until slightly thick.
Step 4 Remove from heat, slowly add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir well until fully incorporated into the sauce.
