1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon fine salt
6 pieces large overripe banana
3/4 cup Sugar
1 piece Egg
6 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup shaved chocolate
24 pieces egg-shaped candies
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup shaved chocolate
24 pieces egg-shaped candies

STEPS

Step 1 Preheat oven at 350ᴼF. (2mins)
Step 2 Sift all purpose flour with baking powder, baking soda, and fine salt. (2mins)
Step 3 Mash banana. Stir in sugar, egg, and melted butter. Mix in with the dry ingredients until smooth. (5mins)
Step 4 Pour into muffin pan lined with muffin cups. Bake in a preheated 350ᴼF oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted in the middle of the cupcake. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)
Step 5 Whip peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until light and smooth. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 6 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream separately until light and fluffy. Fold into peanut butter mixture. Transfer into a piping bag and pipe into cupcakes. (10mins)
Step 7 Top with shaved chocolate and egg-shaped candies. Serve at room temperature. (2mins)
