10 pieces regular-sized pandesal (preferably day-old)
3 pieces Eggs
1 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 To Taste Raisins or toasted nuts, optional
1 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

STEPS

Step 1 Tear pandesal into small pieces. Arrange at the bottom of a round or rectangular glass pan.
Step 2 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except raisins and nuts. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3 Pour over bread pieces. Add raisins and/or chopped nuts if desired.
Step 4 Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving with vanilla sauce on the side.
