6 tablespoons White sugar
12 pieces chicken egg yolk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 can NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 packet NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap
1/4 teaspoon fine salt

STEPS

Step 1 Prepare 2 medium lyanera and add 3 tbsp of sugar on each. Slowly melt sugar over low medium heat until golden brown. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Mix egg yolks, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, vanilla extract and salt. (5mins)
Step 3 Strain mixture into the 2 lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)
Step 4 Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and well chilled. (2mins)
