1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon instant yeast
8 tablespoons Sugar
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 stick butter, cut into cubes
2 pieces Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon ube extract
1 cup all purpose flour for dusting
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 bars melting cheese, grated
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 bars melting cheese, grated
1 cup fine bread crumbs

STEPS

Step 1 Combine ¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with warm water, yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar. Set aside for 5 mins. (5mins)
Step 2 Mix 7 tbsp of sugar and flour. Make a well, pour yeast mixture, butter, eggs, vanilla and ube extract. Mix until combined. Transfer into a clean table. (5mins)
Step 3 Knead the dough for 15 to 20 minutes while dusting with the remaining 1 cup of flour. Place back in the same bowl, cover and let it proof in the warm part of the kitchen for 1 hour. (1hour 30mins)
Step 4 For the filling, combine ¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and cheese. (2mins)
Step 5 Punch the dough, cut into golf ball size dough. Round, flatten and stuff with filling. Seal and roll into breadcrumbs. Set aside in baking tray with 2-inch spaces in between dough. Proof for another 20 minutes. (40mins)
Step 6 Bake in a 350ᵒF preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes. Remove from the over and set aside until cooled completely. Serve. (30mins)
