1 piece Egg Yolk
1 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/2 cup Water
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons 1 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 drops to 3
1 pinch Salt
4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Confectioner’s sugar

4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered

1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Confectioner’s sugar

STEPS

Make Grocery List
Crepe:
Step 1 Combine eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter in a blender and blend until foamy. Add flour and cocoa powder and pulse until no lumps are visible. Add red food color according to desired darkness. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for at least 1 hour in the chiller.
Step 2 Heat a small non-stick pan and coat with butter. Pour ¼ cup of the batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook for a minute or until golden and then flip to cook the other side. Slide onto a plate and repeat procedure for the remaining batter.
Strawberries and Cream:
Step 3 In another bowl, beat NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in macerated strawberries to cream mixture. Use to fill up crepes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce/syrup.
Step 4 Combine strawberries and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
