1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Butter
2 pieces green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/4 cup Water
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 Combine butter, apple, cinnamon, and sugar in a pan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Step 2 Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a large mixing bowl. Cut in butter in the mixture until wet sand texture is achieved.
Step 3 Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and cooked apple mixture. Mix until just combined.
Step 4 Flatten on a board until 1-inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Place cookies on a sheet tray and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cookie. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 5 For the Caramel Sauce, mix butter, brown sugar, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, and water in a pan. Cook over low heat until smooth. Set aside to cool. Serve with Scones.
