2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 piece medium onion, sliced
500 grams sirloin, sliced thinly
2 tablespoons MAGGI Savor
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 cup water
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 packets NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, soured with
2 tablespoons vinegar
300 grams linguine, cooked al dente

STEPS

Step 1 Heat butter and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Step 2 Stir-in beef. Season with MAGGI Savor, worcestershire sauce and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . Cook for 5 minutes or until beef is tender, adding water if necessary. Add the mushrooms.
Step 3 Pour in soured cream and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.
Step 4 Pour over pasta or rice to serve.
