INGREDIENTS

1500 grams Large prawns, butterflied and deveined
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 piece lemon, half zested and juiced and cut other half into wedges
1 can 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bar melting cheese, grated
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion

STEPS

Step 1 Season prawns with 1 ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and juice and zest from half of a lemon. Lay flat in 1 layer on a baking tray.
Step 2 Mix NESTLÉ® Milk Cream, garlic, remaining half sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, cheese, parsley and spring onion. Spread on top of every prawn. Broil in a preheated oven for 5 mins or until top is golden brown.
Step 3 Transfer on a serving plate and serve with remaining lemon wedges.
