2 teaspoons (10g) Pandan Flavor Gulaman powder
2 pieces Coconut, shredded (200g) and reserve 2 cups of coconut water
1/4 cup Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada

STEPS

Step 1 Mix gulaman, coconut water and sugar in a pot. Stir and bring to simmer. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cubes. (15mins)
Step 2 Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. (2mins)
Step 3 Add pandan jelly and shredded coconut. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled. (overnight)
