2/3	cup	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2	cup	Corn Syrup
1/3	cup	Brown Sugar
1/4	cup	Cocoa Powder
1/4	teaspoon	Salt
1	cup	Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2	tablespoons	Butter

STEPS

Step 1	In a large saucepan, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt and ½ cup chocolate chips. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2	Remove from heat. Add remaining chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Allow to cool a bit before serving over ice cream.
