1 kilogram (2 pcs) bangus, boneless
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
4 pieces tomato, chopped
1 piece Red onion, chopped
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 bar cheese, grated
1 stalk Spring Onion

STEPS

Step 1 Season bangus with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Place in a preheated oven or toaster and bake for 10mins.
Step 2 Mix tomato, onion and 1tsp MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Remove bangus from the oven and place tomato mixture on top. Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, cheese and spring onion. Spread on top of the bangus.
Step 3 Bake until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside. Transfer into a serving plate and serve warm.
