5 pieces yellow sweet corn with green husk
1 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1 cup glutinous rice powder
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Butter, for greasing

STEPS

Step 1 Peel off husk from corn. Rinse husk, drain well and reserve as wrapper for Creamy Binaki. (10 mins)
Step 2 Using a box grater, grate corn to remove kernels from the cob. Scrape all juices from the cob before discarding. Alternately, you can remove the kernels with a knife and purée using a blender. (15 mins)
Step 3 Combine sugar, salt, and glutinous rice powder in a bowl. Mix in puréed corn and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. (5 mins)
Step 4 Brush the inside of the reserved husk with a little melted butter. Pour about ½ cup of the corn mixture and wrap tightly into a log. Assemble the rest of the Binaki. (10 mins)
Step 5 Place in steamer and cook for 45minutes. Set aside to cool before serving. (50 mins)
