2 tablespoons Olive Oil
5 pieces Shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoons Curry Powder
1/2 cup chopped Prawns
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tablespoons Patis
1 liter Water
2 pieces kaffir leaves
1 stalk tanglad, crushed
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 cups cooked glass noodles
1/2 cup chopped wansoy
1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
1/4 cup fried shallots
2 pieces Siling Labuyo, chopped

STEPS

Step 1 In a sauce pan, heat olive oil. Sauté shallots, cook until limp and translucent. Add turmeric and curry powder. Stir–in prawns.
Step 2 Season prawns with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and patis. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3 Pour in water, add kaffir leaves and tanglad. Bring to a boil.
Step 4 Lower heat and add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Mix well, do not boil.
Step 5 To serve, arrange in a serving bowl 1/4 cup of noodles, 1 tbsp wansoy, 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1 tbsp fried shallots and 1 to 2 pieces of chopped siling labuyo. Serve hot.
