1 kilogram Chicken Thigh And Leg
2 sachets 60g MAGGI® Supreme Sarap
1 head garlic, lightly crushed
3 pieces Red Chili
6 tablespoons Vinegar
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup Water
2 teaspoons Whole Black Peppercorn
2 pieces Bay Leaf
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
3 pieces soft boiled eggs, peeled

STEPS

Step 1 Combine chicken, MAGGI® Supreme Sarap, garlic, chili, vinegar, water, peppercorn and bay leaf in a pot. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain chicken and set aside. (20mins)
Step 2 Sauté chicken and garlic in oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Add boiled eggs. Gently simmer until sauce is thick and coating the chicken. (10mins)
Step 3 Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
