500 grams pork liempo cut into cubes
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Onions, sliced
2 tablespoons Bagoong Alamang
2 cups cubed talong
1/2 cup Water
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 pieces siling haba (optional)

STEPS

Step 1 Pan fry pork on its own fat until golden brown on all sides.
Step 2 Push fried pork on one side of the pan and sauté garlic and onion in the same pan until limp.
Step 3 Add bagoong and eggplant. Pour in water. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for another minute or until eggplant is cooked.
Step 4 Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Add siling haba if desired.
