400 grams potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 teaspoon dried dill or thyme
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 can tuna or salmon flakes, mashed with a fork
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 piece hardboiled egg, chopped
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

STEPS

Step 1 Steam potatoes until very soft. Mash and season with dill and paprika. Add in tuna and mix well until fully incorporated.
Step 2 In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mustard and chopped egg. Set aside in the chiller.
Step 3 Form potato-tuna mixture into flat round disks. Dredge sides with flour.
Step 4 Heat cooking oil. Fry prepared patties until golden on both sides.
Step 5 Serve fish cakes with the prepared mustard-cream sauce.
