3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Butter
1 stick Butter
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons NESCAFÉ Classic dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup preferred chocolate, crushed

1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup preferred chocolate, crushed

STEPS

Step 1 Whip egg yolk and 1/3 cup sugar until light. Gradually add NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and vanilla extract.
Step 2 Sift flour with cocoa powder, NESCAFÉ Classic, and baking powder. Mix in the egg yolk mixture.
Step 3 Separately whip egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar until soft peaks. Fold in the egg yolk mixture.
Step 4 Pour into a 6x2-inch cake pan lined with buttered parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 320°F oven for 20 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cake. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 5 Remove cake from the pan and discard parchment paper. Cut into 3 equal parts and set aside.
Step 6 Whip butter until light and mix in powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add vanilla, dissolved coffee, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue to whip until soft peaks.
Step 7 Assemble layers of cake and buttercream. Spread the side and top as well.
Step 8 Make chocolate ganache by gently simmering NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Pour into chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
Step 9 Pour ganache on cake and let it drip on the side. Top with preferred chocolate. Refrigerate until before serving.
