500 grams potato, peeled
1 piece onion, sliced
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 pieces Egg
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 packet 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion

STEPS

Step 1 Grate potato with a box grater. Quickly rinse in water, drain and squeeze excess water out. Place in a large bowl. Add onion, spring onion and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix in eggs, flour and baking powder. Set aside. (10 mins)
Step 2 To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5 mins)
Step 3 Preheat oil in pan. Place ½ cup portions of the potato mixture and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (20 mins)
Step 4 Transfer Potato Pancakes on a serving plate, serve with Sour Cream. (5 mins)
