1/2 cup hot water
1 cup Raisins
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Butter, softened
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 pieces Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 stick Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ Classic
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup Raisins

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 Preheat oven at 350ᴼF (30 mins)
Step 2 Mix the coffee with hot water. Add raisins to coffee mixture and set aside. (5 mins)
Step 3 In a separate bowl sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. (5 mins)
Step 4 Whisk butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar in a bowl until light. Mix in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, eggs and vanilla. Pour into the dry ingredients mix until just combined. (10 mins)
Step 5 Add raisin and coffee mixture to the batter and mix until smooth. Pour into a baking pan and bake for 30 – 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pudding. (45 mins)
Step 6 For the sauce, mix 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 1 stick of butter and salt in a sauce pan and cook over low heat stir until thick. Serve sauce on the side with the Toffee Pudding. (15 mins)
