4 pieces Eggplant
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 piece onion, chopped
2 pieces tomato, chopped
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
6 pieces eggs, beaten
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
4 pieces Eggplant
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 piece onion, chopped
2 pieces tomato, chopped
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
6 pieces eggs, beaten
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion

STEPS

Step 1 Pierce eggplant with a for several times. Roast over an open flame until well charred. Set aside in a bowl and cover for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin and cut into 1-inch pieces. Set aside. (20mins)
Step 2 Sauté garlic, onion and tomato in oil in a non stick pan. Add eggplant and season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. (10mins)
Step 3 Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Pour into the pan with eggplant and stir until barely set. Place a plate on top, flip and carefully slide back in the pan to cook the other side of the torta. (10mins)
Step 4 Remove from the pan and transfer on a serving plate to rest for 10 minutes
Step 5 To prepare Sour Cream, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Serve with Tortang Talong. (5mins)
