1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
1 piece Egg
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Table Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 piece onion, chopped
2 pieces tomato, chopped
1 piece small green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 cup Water

2 pieces tomato, chopped
1 piece small green bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®

STEPS

Step 1 To prepare crepe batter, whisk water, ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, flour, egg, vegetable oil and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® together in a bowl. Strain batter and set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)
Step 2 To prepare Sour Cream, mix ½ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside in the refrigerator. (5mins)
Step 3 Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15mins)
Step 4 To cook the filling, sauté garlic, onion, tomato, bell pepper and mushroom in oil. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Remove from the pan and set aside. (10mins)
Step 5 To assemble, fill each crepe with vegetable mixture. Fold and place on serving plates. Drizzle Sour Cream and serve. (10mins)
