INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 piece onion, cut into strips
1 piece red bell pepper, cut into strips
100 grams sliced pork belly
1 cup Water
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
1 piece NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup florets of cauliflower, blanched
1/2 cup sliced carrots, blanched
1/2 cup sliced sayote, blanched
1/2 cup sliced Baguio beans, blanched
1 cup sliced cabbage, blanched

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper and pork in oil for 2 minutes.
Step 2 Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and simmer for another minute.
Step 3 Add blanched vegetables. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
