1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
3 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups + 3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1 piece Egg Yolk
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, for dusting

6 pieces Egg Yolk
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup warm water

STEPS

Step 1 To make the dough, mix ½ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, warm water, yeast and sugar together. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Sift flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in cream mixture and egg until just combined. Knead the dough for 10 – 15 minutes or until smooth. Place dough in the bowl, cover with kitchen towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour. (20mins)
Step 3 To make Leche Flan, place sugar on an 8-inch square pan. Slowly melt sugar over low heat until golden brown. Set aside to cool completely. (10mins)
Step 4 Mix egg yolks with ½ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, vanilla and salt. Strain into the square pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 15 - 20 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (25mins)
Step 5 Divide dough into 9 equal pieces and round into balls. Flatten and place on a tray. Cover with kitchen towel and let it rise for 30 minutes. Fry dough in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (30mins)
Step 6 Hollow out the middle of the doughnuts. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut leche flan using a round cutter. Carefully place round leche flan in the hallowed part of the doughnut. Serve. (10mins)
