INGREDIENTS

750 grams freshly ground pork
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 piece large onion, minced
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1 cup Water
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Season ground pork with 1 ½ sachets of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . Add half of the onion and mix well. Form into 1 tbsp meatballs. (5mins)
Step 2 Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (5mins)
Step 3 Add garlic and onion in the same pan. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add mushroom and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. (5mins)
Step 4 Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . (3mins)
Step 5 Add sautéed meatballs and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. (2mins)
