INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 piece potato, cut into 1-inch
1 piece small carrot, cut into 1-inch
500 grams pork shoulder (kasim), cut into 2-inch pieces
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece large onion, chopped
4 pieces tomato, chopped
1 sachet 60g MAGGI® Supreme Sarap
1 cup Water
1 piece Bay Leaf
1 piece 1
1 piece small green bell pepper, large diced
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10mins)
Step 2 Add pork in the same pan and sauté until light golden brown. Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 10 minutes. (15mins)
Step 3 Add MAGGI® Supreme Sarap, water and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4 Add sautéed potato, carrot and bell peppers. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (15mins)
