2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup White sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 cup Coconut Milk
3/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, for greasing

STEPS

Step 1 Sift glutinous rice flour and all purpose flour in a large bowl. Add sugar and set aside. (5mins)

Step 3 Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, coconut milk and water in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until combined. (10mins)
Step 4 Brush a loaf pan with oil and pour cake batter. Steam for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (1h)
Step 5 Slice into serving pieces and serve. (5mins)
