1 tablespoon Baking Powder
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 teaspoon ube extract
4 pieces Eggs
1 stick Butter, melted
1 tablespoon butter, softened for greasing the cake pan

STEPS

Step 1 Preheat oven 350ᴼF. (20mins)

Step 3 Sift the rice flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Add sugar and set aside. (5mins)
Step 4 Whisk coconut milk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, ube extract, eggs and melted butter in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until combined. (5mins)
Step 5 Brush an 8-inch square cake pan butter. Pour cake mixture and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (1h 30mins)
Step 6 Cut into serving pieces and serve. (5mins)
