1 cup flaked fried tilapia

1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
1 piece Egg

1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
2 pieces eggs, beaten
2 cups Japanese bread crumbs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon Red onion, minced
1 tablespoon Pickle Relish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

STEPS

Step 1 Simmer potato in water until very tender. Strain, mash, and set aside to cool. (15 minutes)
Step 2 Mix mashed potato, tilapia, garlic, onion, bell pepper, spring onion, egg, cheese, and ¼ cup of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Form into 8 patties and refrigerate for 1 hour to set. (1 hour and 10 minutes)
Step 3 Make tartar sauce by mixing ¼ cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, pickle relish, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until use. (5 minutes)
Step 4 Coat fish cakes with flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Pan fry in oil until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Serve with Tartar Sauce. (15 minutes)
