4 pieces Graham crackers, crushed
1 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 pieces large ripe mango
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
18 pieces eggnog cookies, crushed
1/4 cup toasted cashews, chopped

STEPS

Step 1 Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Set aside. (5 minutes)
Step 2 Purée 1 pc of mango and set aside. Dice the other mango and set aside. (5 minutes)
Step 3 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and vanilla extract until light and smooth. Fold in cream cheese. (10 minutes)
Step 4 Assemble cream mixture, eggnog, graham mixture, and cashews in layers in a container. (5 minutes)
Step 5 Refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.
