1 kilogram chicken leg quarters, cut into pieces
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 piece potato, cubed
1 piece small carrot, cubed
1 piece small red bell pepper, diced
1 piece small green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 piece Bay Leaf
2 cups Water
1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml

STEPS

Step 1 Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and set aside.
Step 2 Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil.
Step 3 Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4 Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve
