1 kilogram freshly ground beef
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 pieces Eggs
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 piece onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushroom
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1 cup Water
1 can 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Classic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Butter
1 piece onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushroom
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1 cup Water
1 can 300g NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Savor Classic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Combine ground beef, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, breadcrumbs and eggs in a bowl. Mix well and form into 8 – 10 patties.
Step 2 Sauté patties in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 Add butter, onion and mushroom in the same pan. Sauté until golden brown. Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4 Stir in water, NESTLÉ® Milk Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Savor
Step 5 Place patties and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate, top with parsley and serve.
